


Conscious parenting is about approaching parenting as a path to greater awareness for yourself through your relationship with your child. It is about bringing mindfulness, intention and more presence into your daily interactions with your children, family, and daily life.
From the most mundane day-to-day moments to the most beautiful moments with your children, practicing greater awareness and consciousness can happen within the heart of motherhood itself. As we explore this within ourselves we can then better help our children to create lives of purpose and virtue.
